Crime: SUSPECT HAS BEEN IDENTIFIED. DTPR/Tampering 2023044376

On 8/2/23 at 5207 Cleveland St., the victim arrived to pick up his vehicle after having work done to it. He noticed the ignition key and steering column was taken apart and damaged. The pictured subject pulled into the lot on a motorcycle, got out, and then is seen going into the victim’s vehicle for a while before exiting and driving out of the lot on his black motorcycle. Photos are not great.
