On 6/19/25, the pictured male was driving down Atlantic with no tag on his vehicle. He was instructed to pull to the side of the road and instead ran the red light at 21st & Atlantic Ave. and drove westbound on 22nd St. The Kia SUV is noticeable for the yellow “2015” sticker on the passenger-side of the windshield.

Suspect/Vehicle: H/M, 18-22, tan shirt, driving a 2015 dark grey Kia SUV, likely a Kia Sportage or Sorento.
