Crime: SUSPECTS IDENTIFIED Fraud 2023069174

On 11/23/23, a room was booked online at Hyatt Place Hotel, 3601 Atlantic Ave. Check-in was done via mobile app; no employee interaction with guest. The hotel received a fraudulent charge on the card used for the room. The person listed on the card and the name that booked the room disputed the transaction. The two pictured individuals were tracked from the room during this stay.
