SUSPECT IDENTIFIED THANKS TO A TIPSTER

On 11/23/23 at 9:21 a.m, the pictured suspect female rented a U-Haul van from 1085 Virginia Beach Blvd. using a stolen Virginia operator’s license and failed to return the van. When the valid owner of the operator’s license was contacted, it was determined that she was not the suspect. The pictured suspect is also connected with another fraud case at the Oceanfront, case 2023069174.

Suspect: W/F, age 25-30, 5’4-5’8, 130-150 pounds, brown hair, hazel eyes.
