Crime: Fraud 2024036520

7/6/24, 880 S Military Highway.  The pictured individual entered Food Lion and purchased a Pure Leaf sweet tea using a business debit card that had not been reported missing by the owner.  The owner of the debit card stated that the individual’s picture is not him and that he did not know the suspect.  The suspect also made several purchases at AJ Tobacco & Vape, 6048 Indian River Rd., and then continued on to Norfolk where he made a purchase of over $1,000 at Xchange.
