Crime: Fraud 2024051744

10/5/24, Kempsville Rd., Neighborhood Walmart.  Pictured individual was seen using stolen credit & debit cards that were obtained at a Larceny from Motor Vehicle which was located at Regent University housing.  Suspect was picked up in a black Nissan SUV, VA Tag TKD4707, with LPR decal on the side.
