Crime: Fraud – Flim/Flam 2026031618

6/16/26, 1900 block Landstown Centre – The victim was selling a Rolex on Facebook Marketplace and a meeting was arranged. The money for the watch was counted out, and then the suspect said he wanted to think about it and took the envelope back.  After some time, the suspect pulled out an envelope and gave it to the victim. The suspect took the watch and left after telling the victim he was writing a bill of sale. The victim then learned that the envelope contained a significantly lower amount of money and not the agreed-upon amount that was counted out earlier in the transaction.  The suspect has a heavy French accent.
