SUSPECT HAS BEEN IDENTIFIED AND ARRESTED ON THIS CHARGE

On 12/13/23, the pictured suspect exited Target, 4554 Virginia Beach Blvd., with a shopping cart full of merchandise, passing all points of sale.  The suspect loaded the stolen items into a black sedan and then entered the vehicle and left the scene. The total value of the merchandise stolen is $1,044.
