5/13/24, Goodwill, Lynnhaven Parkway:  The pictured male entered the shoe aisle inside the store and took the victim’s phone which she had left sitting on a store shelf when she exited the store.  The male later answered the phone, stated he found the phone inside Goodwill, and advised that he was going to bring it back.  However, he never did, and eventually the phone was turned off.
