7/22/25 – 4485 VB, Ulta Beauty.  Pictured individuals concealed roughly $1,700 worth of beauty products and then exited the store without paying.  Both are repeat offenders at Ulta stores throughout the city.  Black male, black hat, gray hoodie.  Black female, Bass Pro Shop hat, orange camo hoodie.
