The pictured vehicle was seen stealing a white utility trailer, VA tags 945858TL, containing various items as well as other items from another trailer that was parked at 1325 Harpers Road, at about 0638 hours on 3/14/26, all valued at over $1,000.  Vehicle: Red, early 2000’s Ford F-150 4×4, extended cab, black ladder rack, damage to right rear bumper.
