5/14/26 at approximately 7:09 p.m., 3421 Virginia Beach Blvd., discount store – The pictured suspect stole approximately 20 pairs of shoes valued at over $3,600. 

Suspect: Black male in his 50s to 60s, 6’0″ to 6’4″, medium build, white beard, wearing a yellow or cream-colored hat, black Nike jacket, earrings, light-colored jeans, and light-colored shoes.
