Crime: Hit and Run 2024006595

2/4/24, 1000 19th Street, Virginia Beach Convention Center:  The pictured truck pulled out of a parking space at the convention center and hit the victim’s parked vehicle. The impact moved the vehicle and tore off the front bumper.
