2/25/25, 203 27th Street garage. Suspect red SUV backed into a parked vehicle in the parking garage. The driver of the red SUV fled the scene without leaving insurance information or contacting police.
Suspect Vehicle: Newer 271 model, SUV, possibly a Tahoe or Suburban, bearing Virginia plates.
