10/23/23, the victim was stopped at the red light at the 2200 block of Lynnhaven Pkwy. and Sundevil Dr. intersection. The victim was rear-ended by an unknown white female. The suspect drove away from the scene without exchanging any information for the crash.

Suspect/Vehicle: W/F, heavyset, wearing a black-red-and-white shirt. The suspect was driving a red 2004 Ford Focus with Va Tag UXW5914. The registered owner does not match the description of the suspect driver. Attempts to contact the registered owner have been made with no results.
