11/26/24, the pictured vehicle struck a pedestrian at the intersection of S. Independence Blvd. / Euclid Rd.  The driver did not provide any information, nor did he stay to provide aid.  He left the scene and was driving a black Toyota Tacoma, black rims, oversized tires, tinted windows, lifted.  White male, 20’s, heavyset, blond curly hair, blue eyes, red/maroon shirt, jeans.
