Crime: Hit and Run 2023066572

On 11/20/23 at 701 Lynnhaven Pkwy., the victim was parked at Dave and Buster’s in the handicapped spot. When he returned to his vehicle, he found that it had been damaged. A witness stated that a woman hit his vehicle, got out and looked at the damage, and then left. Vehicle appears to be a BMW SUV.
