On 7/21/23, the pictured female entered a financial institution, provided an account number, and presented a Maryland ID. She withdrew $9,800 in cash from the account and then left the financial institution without incident. It was later discovered by the victim, who resides in Maryland, that this fraud had occurred. The ID appeared to be legitimate, but this picture is not the victim.
