All of these were at a financial institution on Kempsville Road:

7/21/23: over-the-counter withdrawal in the amount of $5,500 on the victim’s savings account. Signature on withdrawal slip was forged.

7/17/23: a claims adjustment credit in the amount of $5,500 was processed to the account.

7/21/23: an over-the-counter withdrawal in the amount of $1,000 was processed on the checking account. Signature on withdrawal slip was forged.

7/18/23: a claims adjustment credit in the amount of $1,000 was processed to the account.

Victim verified they were not at the VA branch making the withdrawals. Pictures are not of the Victim.
