Crime: Identity Theft 2024002785

On 10/30/23, Suspect placed an online order in the amount of over $7,000, for nine iPhones.  They shipped from Richmond VA to a different city in Virginia. Suspect ordered the phones online using a fake California driver’s license which had the victim’s information and the suspect’s picture.  Suspect has also tried to use the fake ID in California to rent property. Do you recognize this suspect?
