Crime: Larceny 2023048242

On 8/20/23, the pictured females entered Target on VB Blvd. and selected two iPhone 13’s.  After the phones were rung up and placed in a bag, one suspect grabbed the bag and walked out prior to the transaction being completed.  After multiple cards were declined, the second suspect walked out as well.
