Crime: Larceny 2023041279

On 7/18/23, the pictured individuals entered the Home Depot on Virginia Beach Blvd., selected two power washers and a lawnmower, and then exited the store without paying.  When Loss Prevention stopped them, they both walked off.

Suspect in the white hat has done this before at Home Depot.
