**UPDATE: SUBJECT HAS BEEN IDENTIFIED AND ARRESTED BY ANOTHER JURISDICTION**

On 8/13/23, the manager at the ABC store located at 2085 Lynnhaven Pkwy. reported that an unknown black male selected bottles of alcohol totaling $221.97 and then left without paying . The male got into a blue Chevy SUV, possibly an Equinox, with VA tag TVF4785 driven by an unknown black female. Tags come back not on file.

On 8/7 and 8/8/23, the same suspect entered the Kroger located at 975 Providence Rd. and attempted to steal items from that location. The first was for 10 cases of beer totaling $120 and the second was an attempted walkout with a cart totaling $244.97. The second attempt was stopped, and the items were recovered. The suspect left both times in the same SUV.
