On 9/2/23 at Walgreens on Shore Drive, a black male suspect entered the store and proceeded to the pharmacy section where the store manager saw the suspect place 4 Manscaped groomers, valued at $100, plus approximately $100 in other items into a shopping cart and then leave the store without paying.
