On 12/8/23, suspect entered the ABC store on Independence Blvd., took 4 bottles of WhistlePig whiskey, and left without paying. He got into a dark-colored vehicle, VA Tag TLW8421, which comes back to a 2011 Hyundai 4-door rented from Kassp Auto Rental.
