Crime: Larceny 2023071933

On 12/20/23, the pictured individual attempted to steal clothes and various items from the Pembroke Target on Virginia Beach Blvd. As he attempted to leave out of the employee exit, he was stopped by Loss Prevention. The suspect left all items behind except for a hat that he took with him.
