Crime: Larceny 2024000693

On 1/4/24, suspect walked into Dick’s Sporting Goods on Lynnhaven Pkwy., selected a pair of red-and-white Air Jordan shoes. He placed the shoes on his feet, walked towards the entrance, but he could not get out of the door.  He walked around the registers, bypassing all points of sale, and left on a teal green bicycle.
