SUSPECT HAS BEEN IDENTIFIED AND HAS WARRANTS 2/15/24, Kempsville Road neighborhood Walmart: Two males entered the store and took 12 packs of Red Bull totaling $377. They walked past all points of sale without paying and got into a white Honda Accord.
