On 2/26/24, the pictured suspect entered the ABC store on Independence Blvd., walked around the store, concealed a bottle of tequila in his jacket, and walked out without paying.

Suspect: W/M, small build, approximately 5’5, brown hair, wearing a black jacket over a dark shirt, jeans, and white sneakers.
