Crime: SUSPECT IDENTIFIED AND ARRESTED Larceny 2024018032

On 4/2/24, the pictured male stole Legos from Target on S. Independence Blvd. by concealing the items in a suitcase that he purchased from Target. Suspect has done this in other Target stores throughout Hampton Roads. He was seen leaving in a Mazda pickup truck that looks like a Ford Ranger.
