Crime: Larceny 2024018580

On 4/9/24, the pictured female entered the Target on Virginia Beach Blvd. and proceeded to the women’s department. She put women’s activewear clothing into a cart and then exited the front doors without paying. She was stopped by Loss Prevention personnel who were able to retrieve the clothing, but the suspect left.

Suspect: B/F, medium build, wearing a black jumpsuit, white bra, and holding a tan tote.
