6/9/24, 3300 Princess Anne Road, Ulta.  Pictured is a serial shoplifter. The pictures are from different days where suspect stole makeup items. Suspect most recently stole 30 units of facial concealer, Kate Spade perfume, and Good Girl blush by hiding them in her handbag.  Total loss is $1,206.

Suspect: Black female (possibly male), 25 – 30 years old, 5’8 to 6′ tall, approximately 220 to 250 lbs.
