Crime: SUSPECT IDENTIFIED Larceny 2024031465

6/13/24, DAV Thrift Store on General Booth: The victim set her cell phone down and then walked away.  When she came back, she looked for it; however, it was missing.  The iPhone tracker pinged a few blocks away from the DAV store.  The pictured male is seen on camera placing his phone of top of the iPhone 14 and then picking up both phones.  The male then walked out of the door.
