On 9/5/24 at around 8:21 p.m., the pictured male stole a jar with 1-2 ounces of Manic Bliss brand “Oreo” marijuana (approximately $400-$500 worth) from the counter at the Happy Smoke shop on Virginia Beach Blvd. and ran out the door.
