On 9/9/24, Suspect entered Walgreens, 4500 Virginia Beach Blvd., and selected leggings, wine, and a variety of food items valued at $75.82 which he placed into a yellow bag. He then left the store without paying.

Suspect: B/M, possibly in his early 20’s, wearing a black t-shirt, black pants with white stripes going down the legs, and gray shoes.
