10/18/24, ABC, Providence Square Shopping Center. Pictured male picked up a bottle of vodka and proceeded to conceal the bottle while he selected another bottle. He then went to the register to attempt a purchase and the card was declined. He then exited the store without attempting to pay for the concealed bottle.
