Crime: Larceny 2024055220, -055222, -055221

On 3 separate occasions, 10/9/24, 10/16/24, and 10/20/24, cooking oil has been siphoned out of the oil drum in the back of Cinema Cafe on Independence Blvd.  The oil is refined into biodiesel and is worth money. In one incident, a Penske truck is seen on video driving up to the oil drum and 2 men get out and start siphoning the oil. In another incident, a white Ford van is seen driving up and one male gets out and siphons the oil. In the third incident, a white tanker truck pulls up and a male is seen walking to the oil drum, opening it up, and then the male leaves.

Suspects 2024055220: Two B/M’s, thin build, wearing blue jackets with yellow safety stripes on the back, dark pants, and ball caps. They get out of the Penski truck.

Suspect 2024055222: B/M, thin build, wearing light-colored hoodie and pants.

Suspect 2024 055221: B/M, thin build, wearing hoodie, pants, and belt.
