Both Suspects Identified and have Warrants for their Arrests:

10/25/24 & 12/5/24, 1149 Nimmo Pkwy., Walmart.  On 10/25/24, Suspect 1 concealed multiple items in a backpack and then passed all points of sale without paying.  Immediately after, Suspect 2 went outside, cut a lock from an electric bicycle, and fled the scene while Suspect 1 was a lookout.  On 12/5/24, Suspect 1 returned to Walmart, concealed items, passed all points of sale without paying, and left the scene on a bicycle.
