On 12/22/24, at approximately 3:27 a.m., the pictured silver-colored pickup pulled into the parking lot at Mr. Rooter located at 101 Malibu Drive. At 3:55 a.m., the pickup emerged from the back of the building with a large white enclosed trailer full of tools and equipment.
