Crime: Larceny 2024066954

12/21/24, Target, 4554 Virginia Beach Blvd.  Pictured suspect went to Electronics where she requested an exchange for an iPad.  The new iPad was taken to Guest Services and set aside for her to complete the exchange.  The suspect later obtained the iPad without rendering payment or making an exchange and left the store.  Black female, black/red hair, gray sweatsuit.
