12/30/24, 5013 Virginia Beach Blvd., Dollar General. Male suspect stole $200 worth of laundry detergent and then left the area in a black Volkswagen Beetle with shattered back windshield, NC license plate LADYPUL, heading eastbound on VBB.  Vehicle has been seen in Norfolk.

B/M, 35-45 years old, wearing green shirt and gold chain, black pants.
