Crime: Larceny 2025004269

1/25/25, 758 Independence Blvd., Cinema Cafe.  A report was made that the used cooking oil was siphoned out of the oil drum in the back of Cinema Cafe.  In this case, a Penske truck is seen on video driving up to the oil drum. Tw0 men got out, cut the lock, and started siphoning the oil.  This is an ongoing issue occurring in multiple locations.

First suspect:  B/M, thin build, possible goatee, wearing a covering on his head, hoodie, work pants. Second suspect: B/M, taller, thin build, wearing a ball cap, hoodie, and sweatpants.

Suspect vehicle: Penske truck, possible tag 291590, unknown state.
