On 2/8/25 at 2:12 p.m., the pictured suspect entered Nordstrom Rack on Virginia Beach Blvd., grabbed two pairs of shoes totaling $128, and left the store without paying for the merchandise.
Suspect was wearing blue jeans, gray hoodie, and a white hat with Jordan logo on it. Suspect left in a black Honda Odyssey.
