3/11/25, Vineyard Ln.  Suspect drove onto the victim’s property, looked around to see if people were home, and then selected a 16-foot folding extension ladder belonging to the victim.  Suspect put it in the back of his truck before leaving the property.  White male, heavyset, white t-shirt, neon graphic on the back, white sneakers and khaki shorts.  White Ford F150 with oversized tires.  No visible license plate.
