03/14/25, 2008 Atlantic Ave., Hurricane Vapes.  Suspect female was attempting to return a purchase she made earlier.  She was denied a refund, so she stole a ceramic mug that doubles as a smoking bowl.  Black female, 25-35, black hoodie and brown leggings.
