5/10/25 – While the victim was eating inside the Chick-fil-A at 1524 General Booth Blvd., the pictured individual walked up to her car, took her electric bike off the back, and rode away.

Suspect: W/M, long hair, dark-colored t-shirt, camo pants. He may be homeless in the area.

Vehicle: Suspect arrived riding a yellow trike.
