Crime: Larceny 2025045445

9/9/25 – 104 N. Witchduck Rd., HRC.  At around 8 a.m., the pictured male walked up to the bike rack, cut the lock from a black 3G bicycle, and then got on the bike and left the property.  The pictures are from security cameras north along Witchduck passing Cleveland St. The bicycle has no fenders and has a milk crate attached to the front.
