10/7/25 at approximately 11:55 a.m., Tractor Supply, 2090 Princess Anne Rd. – a Hispanic male took a dog collar valued at $69.99 and proceeded to walk past all points of sale out the front door.

Suspect: H/M, 40-49 years old, medium build, 5’10, 170 lbs., wearing a black tank top, grey shorts, and black and white sneakers.
