Crime: Larceny / Attempt Credit Card Fraud 2025009152

On 2/26/25, the victim’s wallet with credit cards was stolen from his vehicle which was parked on Hornell Lane. At around 8:30 AM, the pictured suspect attempted to use the victim’s credit cards to make a $600 purchase at the Watergate 7 store located at 521 E. Little Creek Road in Norfolk, VA.

White male, 20-30 years of age, brown eyes, thin mustache, wearing green hoodie with “ESSENTIALS” on the chest over a gray balaclava, black warm-up pants, and black New Balance sneakers with white “N” on the side.
