On 12/1/23 at Mount Trashmore: A suspect broke into a parked and locked vehicle. A wallet, diaper bag, and keys were taken from the vehicle. About 15 minutes later, the victim’s debit card was used at Walmart on Lynnhaven Parkway to purchase $500 in gift cards.
